Intended Use

It’s in the Bag is a deodorizing lubricant designed to reduce odors, alleviate pancaking, improve ostomy pouch emptying, and deliver a cleaner experience. It’s in the Bag is an accessory to an ostomy pouching system (e.g., colostomy, ileostomy). It’s in the Bag is intended for external use only.

Directions

Shake well before use. Squeeze approximately 5 mL or 1 tsp (1 tube for Travel Pack) into the pouch and rub gently to spread the deodorizing lubricant evenly. Repeat as needed or after changing pouches.

Ingredients

Unscented - Soybean Oil (glycine soja oil), ethyl oleate, ethyl cellulose, and propyl gallate

Lavender - Soybean Oil (glycine soja oil), ethyl oleate, lavender oil (lavandula angustifolia oil), ethyl cellulose, and propyl gallate 

Eucalyptus - Soybean Oil (glycine soja oil), ethyl oleate, eucalyptus oil, ethyl cellulose, and propyl gallate

FAQs

How long will a bottle last me?

An 8oz. Bottle contains approximately 45 5mL applications. If used once daily a bottle should last you just over a month.

Can the deodorizing lubricant come in contact with my stoma?

Revel is intended for use inside your pouching system, but if it comes in contact with your stoma or peristomal skin it should not cause any irritation.

Do I need to use the deodorizing lubricant every time I empty my pouch?

In lab testing, a single application of Revel was shown to reduce pancaking, and reduce the time needed for emptying over 4 pouch empties - without the need for reapplication!

Does the unscented deodorizing lubricant still neutralize odor?

Yes! You can choose between lavender, eucalyptus, or unscented - all while maintaining odor neutralization

Is Revel covered by insurance?
